Snow and Ice, Ice Baby...

But "ice" days aren't!

This is what we woke up to this morning...freezing rain and ice that has caused hazardous road conditions.

On our second snow day it was "Operation Christmas Cards." The kids were great in helping to stuff the envelopes and put the seals and stamps on.

The weather around here has certainly been frightful, especially last night and today. (Lots of wreaks reported on the news) According to the meteorologists, the temps are going back up in the forty range by this afternoon. Things are melting slowly, and the main roads are clear. However, the kids and I are staying put until we put in our last day of school tomorrow before Christmas Break. Chris had to report to the college at twelve, and he make it without any mishaps. Thank goodness!!!

Tori and I have begun the Rudolph cupcake project. They are cooling to get ready for the icing. She is so excited about this, so I hope they really turn out.

Stay tuned for more Whaley holiday news...

Wow. You really have had bad weather. How nice to get extra help with the Christmas cards though. Can't wait to see the Rudolph cupcakes!
