Chris called Friday morning with this great idea. So with a phone call to Park Vista for reservations and a bit of packing, we were on our way early Friday evening. The kids were beyond thrilled to go, especially when we showed them where we were staying and what we would be doing on Saturday. Yep, we spoil them, but we love to travel and experience new things, too.

Tomorrow is another fun day for the kids as they have another play date with Joseph and Mia at our house while their parents are away for a few hours. We are blessed to have them as our neighbors and friends because we all work well together when it comes to watching each other's kids for awhile. Of course the kids love each other and play really well together, so it is never a problem...Well, except when the girls decide to invade the boy's space. But, usually that is easily resolved.

I am getting ready to work on another CNY lantern, so check later tonight or in the morning for that crafting post. In the mean time, gather 24 small red envelops and plenty of transparent tape for this mini project.

Until later!

Love the surprise get-away. Looks like LOADS OF FUN! I'm off tomorrow with Emma. We're going shopping for Red Envelops. I have CNY desserts that I'm posting tomorrow morning. We made year-of-the-rabbit cookies today.

HUGS!

Looks like a good time. Lots of snow fun for you guys lately. Terri was hit in Memphis too with about 4 inches. It's gone now though. We were flooding here but when you have 5 days of non-stop rain (no, not kidding) that tends to happen. I actually saw the sun today. I wasn't sure what it was for a minute. Ha ha.
